Rules for using Dreamer’s multi-model generation tools, publishing, and community features in a lawful and responsible way.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of Dreamer. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, suspension, or termination, and referral to law enforcement when appropriate.
Do not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content or software that is illegal under applicable law, including fraud, identity theft, malware, phishing, unlicensed weapons instructions, or drug trafficking facilitation.
Do not attempt to generate or disseminate child sexual abuse material, or any sexual/pornographic content involving anyone 17 or under—whether real, fictional, or AI-generated. We have zero tolerance for this category.
Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery (including deepnudes) of real people.
Do not use the Service for severe harassment, credible threats, targeted hate campaigns, or content that promotes violent extremism.
Do not generate content intended to scams, impersonate others for fraud, or manipulate elections in ways prohibited by law.
Political parody and fiction may be allowed where lawful; deceptive use that causes real-world harm is not.
Do not submit Input or publish Output that you know infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights, or that uses a person’s name/likeness in violation of publicity or privacy rights.
Respect platform rules when exporting content to third-party social networks.
Do not probe, scan, or attack our systems; bypass rate limits; scrape the Service at scale without permission; or attempt to extract model weights, system prompts we designate as confidential, or other users’ private data.
Do not resell raw API access or automate the Service in a way that degrades service for others without a written agreement with us.
Because generation may run on multiple Model Providers, your use must also comply with the acceptable use / content policies of those providers as applied through our Service. We may block or refuse requests that would violate provider rules or our risk thresholds even if not listed exhaustively here.
Public posts must not violate this AUP. Label AI-generated content where required by law or platform norms. We may remove posts that receive credible reports of infringement or harm.
Report violations or illegal content to legal@dreamer.app with URLs, screenshots, and context. For suspected child exploitation material, contact local law enforcement and relevant hotlines in addition to notifying us.
